Antique French Brass Carriage Clock, Engine Turned, Early 1900s

Antique French brass carriage clock with an engine turned dial mask, a pillared case and a fixed swing handle. The brass case has fluted corner columns and a stepped, molded top and base on bracket feet, with glass panels on the sides and back. The white dial has black Arabic numerals and red minute markers at the quarter points, and the mechanical movement can be seen through the rear glass.

The dial is marked France, and the movement back plate is stamped Made in France. There is no maker's name or signature, and the exact maker is unknown. The clock appears to date to the early 1900s.

Good antique condition, with patina and light wear consistent with age. Running condition has not been tested. Please review the photos closely.
