Are Aventé’s crystals natural?
Yes, Aventé crystals are natural stones shaped by the Earth over thousands of years through heat, pressure and time.
Why do stones differ in color, pattern or shape?
Because each crystal forms under natural conditions, no two stones are exactly the same. The unique textures and variations in color, banding or patterns reflect the stone’s natural formation and history.
Where are the crystals sourced?
Aventé sources crystals from various regions, including Brazil, Morocco, Madagascar, India, Canada, China, and many more. Each stone is chosen for its natural energy and character.
Are the pieces handmade?
The jewelry is handmade. The home decor is hand carved. Some styles are crafted in California by the founder, while other pieces are imported or made of imported materials. All are designed with care and respect for the origin of each stone.
Shipping
How long does order preparation take?
Orders are prepared for dispatch within one–two business days after payment, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays; orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time are prepared the next business day.
What shipping carriers are used and what is the estimated transit time?
Aventé ships only within the United States. Parcels are sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Standard service uses USPS Ground Advantage with an expected transit window of two–five business days; sometimes USPS Priority Mail is used, which usually arrives within two–three business days. Including preparation time, most orders arrive within three–seven business days.
Does Aventé offer free shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and parcel dimensions. Free standard shipping is available when the cart subtotal meets or exceeds $100.
Does Aventé ship internationally?
Aventé currently ships to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. and does not offer international shipping.
How are order confirmations and tracking handled?
Once an order has been handed to USPS, Aventé sends an email confirmation containing a tracking number.
What if tracking shows the package as delivered but it wasn’t received?
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it was not received, customers should contact Aventé and their local post office; Aventé will assist by filing a claim with the carrier.
What happens if a package is lost or damaged?
If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, Aventé works with USPS to file a claim and send a replacement.
Are there delays during busy periods?
During high-volume periods or severe weather, shipping transit windows may be extended; these factors are outside the seller’s control.
Aventé does not provide refunds for delivery delays caused by external factors.

Return & Refund
What is Aventé’s return window?
Customers may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
What are the eligibility requirements for a return?
To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged and with any tags or packaging intact.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be shipped back using the prepaid return label provided.
Which items are not returnable?
Gift cards, customized or personalized items and sale or clearance items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.
How are refunds issued?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on the purchaser’s statement.
How does one start a return?
To initiate a return, send an email to info@aventecrystals.com with the order number, the reason for the return and photos (if applicable).
Aventé will then send a prepaid return shipping label and instructions; the package must be dropped off at a carrier location.
Does Aventé cover return shipping?
Aventé covers all return shipping costs; customers never pay out of pocket to send something back.
