We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from AventeCrystals.com, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free for orders shipped within the United States. For international orders, return shipping is paid by the buyer (see Shipping Costs below).
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and with any tags or packaging intact.

The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

US orders: items must be shipped back using the prepaid return label we provide. Please request a return label via email.

International orders: please email us first and we'll send the return address. Ship the item back with a tracked service and send us the tracking number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized items

Sale or clearance items marked “final sale”
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

For international orders, original shipping charges and any customs duties, import taxes or fees paid on delivery are not refundable.

Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Shipping Costs
US orders: we cover all return shipping costs. You'll never pay out of pocket to send something back.
International orders: the buyer pays for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.
