Scandinavian Bell Pulls
A bell pull, or klokkestreng in Norwegian, is a long embroidered textile once used to ring for service. Today they are hung as narrow wall art. Ours feature cross stitch birds, florals and hunting scenes.

How do I hang a vintage bell pull?
Most bell pulls have brass or wooden hardware at the top. Hang them from a small nail or hook through that hardware, away from direct sunlight to protect the embroidery colors.
How do I care for vintage textiles?
Keep them out of direct sunlight and humidity, and dust gently. For cleaning, consult a textile conservator rather than washing at home.
