Shipping Policy

Order processing

  • Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded from preparation times; orders placed after 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) are prepared the next business day.

Shipping carriers and estimated delivery times

  • We deliver only within the United States.

  • All parcels are sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our standard service uses USPS Ground Advantage®, which has an expected transit window of 2–5 business days. In some cases we may use USPS Priority Mail®, which normally arrives within 2–3 business days.

  • Including preparation time, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

  • Transit windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. External factors (such as severe weather or carrier disruptions) may extend the arrival window. Because these factors are outside our control, we are unable to offer refunds for delays.

Shipping rates & free shipping

  • Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel dimensions.

  • We offer free standard shipping when your cart subtotal meets or exceeds $100. The shopping cart may remind customers to spend $100 more to enjoy free shipping.

Domestic shipping only

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. International shipping is not available. This follows guidance that policies should specify the regions they serve and any restrictions.

Order confirmation & tracking

  • Once your order has been handed to USPS, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, contact us and your local post office promptly. We will assist by filing a claim with the carrier.

Lost or damaged packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will work with USPS to file a claim and send a replacement.

Service interruptions & seasonal delays

  • During high‑volume periods (for example, holidays) or severe weather, shipping transit windows may be extended. Shipping policies should explain that orders may take longer to arrive due to factors outside the seller’s control.

Returns

  • For information about returning an item, please see our Return & Refund Policy. We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery and cover return shipping costs.
