This vintage silverplate sauce bowl with attached underplate has a silver-tone finish, a fluted bowl and a shaped, scalloped rim. The round underplate features a raised floral and scroll border and a fluted center. It's a traditional design for serving gravy, sauces or condiments at the table. The bowl and underplate are made as one piece.
The piece is marked International Silver Co., an American maker. The pattern name hasn't been confirmed. It likely dates to the 1930s, though the exact date is unknown.
Condition is good for its age, with light tarnish and surface wear consistent with age. Please review the photos closely.
