Vintage brass gunpowder / hunting powder flask featuring beautifully detailed embossed sporting scenes with a hunting dog and waterfowl/game birds surrounded by ornate scrollwork.
The original-style mechanical dispensing lever moves freely side to side and appears operational; the flask has not been tested with powder. The lever bears a small stamped “P” or similar maker/inspection mark.
The teardrop-shaped brass body retains its original-style dispensing spout and mechanical lever assembly, along with side suspension loops. Wonderful aged patina and surface wear throughout give the piece an authentic old-world sporting appearance.
A striking collectible for hunting, shooting, sporting, gunpowder flask, Victorian-style and antique brass collectors, or an excellent decorative piece for a study, library or traditional interior.
