Beautiful set of three antique heavy cast metal furniture mounts/appliqués featuring deeply sculpted acanthus leaf and foliate designs with raised central details. The pieces have an aged bronze/brass-toned finish with wonderful dark patina highlighting the ornate relief.

Each retains mounting holes, suggesting they were originally used as decorative furniture hardware, possibly on a cabinet, chest, door or other substantial piece of European furniture.
