Vintage Dayagi Israel cast brass ashtrays (set of 3) with hand-painted/enamel-style decoration and original aged patina.
Wonderful matched set of three vintage DAYAGI ashtrays made in Israel, featuring colorful raised enamel-style decoration over brass/gold-tone surfaces with dark recessed ashtray bowls and green finishes/patina.
Each ashtray features a different decorative motif, including a stylized Israeli/Middle Eastern folk figure, floral design, and fruit/foliage design. Each has two integrated cigarette rests.
Marked DAYAGI / ISRAEL on the undersides.
These appear to be mid-century Israeli decorative metalware, likely dating to approximately the 1950s–1960s. Sold as a set of three.
Vintage condition with substantial age-related character including surface wear, oxidation/patina, finish and paint loss, scratches, discoloration and evidence of previous use. The aged green and darkened surfaces have been left intact rather than aggressively polished or restored. Please review all photos closely for condition.
A distinctive set for collectors of vintage Israeli design, Dayagi metalware, Mid-Century Modern decor, folk art, tobacciana or vintage smoking accessories.
